Our Story Muzi Mushui was founded in 2016 in Zhejiang by Mr. Li Jie. Inspired by nature and traditional baking, we improved classic French bread methods by adding a “three-warm” technique: warm dough, natural fermentation, and self-made fruit yeast.
We believe in pure, healthy, and delicious baking.
