• You Are the Operator: You must be the person who will actually own and run the store every day.
• Age Requirement: You should be between 22 and 42 years old.
• Good Standing: You must be in good health, have a clean background, and have no criminal record.
• Hands-On Commitment: You must work in the store personally during the first year. After that, you must manage the store full-time.

Your Financial Plan: What to Prepare

• Startup Funds: You must have a certain amount of startup money ready. (An initial budget might start around $50,000 USD, but this can vary.)
• What This Covers: This initial investment is used for essential things like equipment, your first order of ingredients, and other setup costs.
• What It Does NOT Cover: This budget does not include your store’s rent, renovation costs, or staff salaries. You will need to budget for these separately based on your location.
