How to Become a Tianlala Franchisee

Here is a clear guide to joining the Tianlala family. We’ve made the process simple so you can confidently start your business journey.

First, Let’s Check Your Store Location

Before we begin, we need to make sure your chosen location meets our brand standards. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Size: Your store space should be at least 18 square meters.
• Storefront Width: The front of your store should be at least 3 meters wide.
• Ceiling Height: The ceiling should be at least 2.6 meters high.
• Utilities: The location must have access to a water supply, a drainage system, and a 380V three-phase power connection.

Our Simple Franchise Process

1.   Get in Touch: Your journey starts with a simple call or online message to learn more about our brand.

2.   Visit Our Headquarters: We invite you to make an appointment to visit our main office and see our operations firsthand.

3.   Discuss the Details: We’ll review our franchise guide with you and answer any questions you have.

4.   We Review Your Application: Our team will review your information to make sure you are a great fit for Tianlala.

5.   Sign the Contract: We will sign the official franchise agreement together once you are approved.

6.   Store Design: We provide the design plans for your store for free.

7.   Complete Your Training: You and at least one other team member will attend our 15-day training program. This includes both classroom and hands-on learning.

8.   Grand Opening: After you pass the final training exam, you are officially ready to open your store!

Costs & Fees at a Glance

• Application Review Fee: 500 RMB (200 RMB if in Anhui province).
• Franchise Fee: 16,800 or 19,800 RMB.
• Security Deposit: 10,000 RMB.
• Equipment Cost: Approximately 80,000 RMB.
• Annual Management Fee: 3,000 RMB per year.
• Initial Inventory Cost: Starts at 35,000 RMB.
• Training Fee: 2,000 RMB per person.

Important Things to Know

• Training Is Required: The store owner must attend and pass our training program. If you don’t pass the exam, you must continue training until you do.
• Picking a Location: Your store must be more than a 500-meter walk from any Tianlala store. We recommend locations in busy areas like shopping streets, neighbourhoods, or schools.
• Our Support Guarantee: We are committed to your success. Suppose you must close your store within the first year for any reason (except for failing to follow our company rules). In that case, we promise to fully refund your franchise fees (including your Brand Fee, Security Deposit, Management Fee, and Training Fee).
