The Molly Tea Franchise Process

Joining the Molly Tea family is a clear and simple process. Here’s how it works, step by step.

1. Learn About Us First, get to know our brand. Visit our official website or call our team to learn about our franchise opportunities. We can have an initial chat to answer all your questions.

2. Apply Online. If you like what you hear, the next step is to fill out our application form online. You must provide some basic information about yourself and your business goals.

3. Application Review Our team will carefully review your application. If you seem like a good fit, we invite you to our headquarters in Shenzhen. You can meet our team there, see how we work, and discuss your plans in person.

4. Sign an Initial Agreement. After our meeting, if we all agree to move forward, we will sign an initial agreement. At this stage, you will also pay the first set of fees.

5. Find and Design Your Store. We help you choose the best location for your store. Once a spot is secured, our design team will give you all the plans to create a beautiful Molly Tea store.

6. Store Renovation and Training While your store is being built, you will attend our training program. This training takes about 20 days and will teach everything from making our special drinks to managing your business.

7. Prepare for Your Grand Opening. We will guide you on how to get the proper business licenses and permits. This is also when you hire your staff, set up your equipment, and order your first batch of supplies.

8. Open Your Store and Get Ongoing Support. We will help you plan a successful grand opening event. An experienced manager will even visit your store to help you start smoothly. After you open, our support continues to help you grow.
