“Our service has become much more professional. Customers often say how thoughtful and friendly our team is,” Mr. Zhao mentioned. Once, a customer was unhappy with a dish. The server handled it calmly—apologising and offering a replacement—which turned the experience into a positive one.

Besides training, Cheese Farm offers ongoing support. They hold regular meet-ups where franchise owners share tips and experiences. Mr. Zhao has met many other owners this way.

“We help each other solve problems. It feels like being part of a team, not working alone. I’ve learned a lot from these meetings,” he said.

Today, Mr. Zhao’s restaurant is doing very well.
