It all began on Guoyan Street in Chengdu. The founder loved food and saw a chance to improve traditional maocai. He visited many cooking experts, learned from them, and created a special soup that is “lightly spicy and full of flavor”.

On opening day, the store made ¥3,500. Soon, it was making over ¥100,000 per month. The key was simple: good food, service, and happy customers.
