Franchise Site Requirements for Han's Bibimbap

All potential locations for a Han's Bibimbap franchise must meet the following criteria to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.

1. Property & Lease Specifications

Zoning: The property must be zoned for commercial or mixed-use, allowing for the legal operation of a restaurant and acquisition of all necessary business licenses.

Usable Floor Area: At least 100 square meters on a single floor.

Lease Term: A minimum lease of 3 to 5 years is required.

2. Utility Requirements

Power Supply (All-Electric Kitchen): Our stores operate with an all-electric kitchen, prohibiting open flames. The premises must be equipped with:

A dedicated 380V, 3-phase AC power supply.

A total power capacity of at least 80KW.

An incoming electrical cable with a cross-sectional area of at least 10mm².

Water Supply:

An accessible water supply connection with a pipe diameter of DN25.

Consistent water pressure of no less than 3 kg/cm³ (approx. 42 PSI).

Drainage:

A dedicated kitchen drainage line with a pipe diameter of at least 110mm.

If not pre-existing, the lease must permit, and the structure must allow for an appropriate drainage system installation.

3. Structural & Ventilation Requirements

Storefront Width: The primary storefront or frontage must have a width of at least 6 meters.

Ventilation and Exhaust:

The premises must either have a pre-existing commercial kitchen exhaust duct or the lease must explicitly permit the installation of one.

The ventilation system must support an exhaust airflow capacity of at least 6,000 m³/h.
