Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

A Commitment to Partnership and Quality: A genuine passion for entrepreneurship paired with a strong belief in the Furong Shuxia brand philosophy. Most importantly, a willingness to operate within our proven brand standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer. Strong personal and professional integrity is a must.

Financial Readiness and Business Acumen: The necessary capital to fund the franchise investment and demonstrated experience in business management or operations.

A Realistic Business Outlook: A clear understanding of the risks and rewards of owning and operating a new business.

Operational Capability: The capacity to successfully launch and manage at least one standard Furong Shuxia Maocai store.

Note: The requirement to build a centralized kitchen and distribution center is typically for Area Developers or multi-unit operators intending to develop an entire region.

Territory Availability: You must apply for a location within an available, exclusive territory that does not have an existing Furong Shuxia franchise.

Refundable Security Deposit: Upon signing the franchise agreement, a security deposit of RMB 10,000 is required. This deposit is fully refundable, without interest, at the end of the contract term, provided the franchisee has complied with all agreement terms.

Our Franchise Award Process: Your Path to Opening Day

Upon successful preliminary review, we will sign a Letter of Intent. Following this, a member of our Field Support team will schedule a visit to your proposed location for a comprehensive on-site evaluation.

Step 4: Final Evaluation & Approval

Our team will thoroughly assess the proposed site’s potential, your operational plan, and resource allocation. You will be notified of the final decision within five business days of the site visit.

Step 5: Franchise Agreement & Fee Payment

Once approved, you will be invited to sign the official Franchise Agreement and submit the agreed-upon initial fees to our corporate office via direct payment or bank transfer.

Step 6: Official Onboarding & Brand Immersion

With the formalities complete, we officially grant your franchise license. You will receive comprehensive training on our franchise management system, official Furong Shuxia Visual Identity (VI) guidelines, and a full suite of marketing materials.

Step 7: Store Build-Out & Team Training

Following our brand guidelines, you will manage the renovation and decoration of your location. During this phase, we will also guide you in training your staff on our customer service and hospitality standards.

Step 8: Final Pre-Opening Review

As your launch date approaches, a dedicated support specialist from our headquarters will conduct a final pre-opening inspection to ensure everything is perfectly in place for a successful start.
