Aunt Huang Super Bucket Rice Wins Big Again at the 16th China F&B Innovation Forum.


On December 12, the 16th China Catering Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum was held online. The event was hosted by Canyinjie Media and supported by many industry groups, including the Shenzhen Cuisine Association, Shanghai Bohua, and others.


Aunt Huang Super Bucket Rice stood out as the only bucket rice brand to win this year's award. It was chosen by over 12 top experts and more than 3 million online voters. This is the second year in a row that Aunt Huang has received this honour.

Founder Li Weibo has worked in the bucket rice business for 13 years. He simplified the menu from over 100 dishes to just 30, focusing on quality and consistency. He also created a special rice cooker and an 8-step cooking method that makes the rice perfect every time with almost no waste.


In 2021, the brand invested in a full upgrade—new logo, new vision, and a clear strategy. Their goal is to open 500 stores in the Greater Bay Area.

Even in a tough year like 2022, Aunt Huang grew by opening more than 30 new stores. Their clear vision and efficient model helped attract more franchisees and grow the brand.
