General Requirements

• Zoning & Permitting: The proposed location must be compliant with all local zoning ordinances and eligible for the necessary licenses and permits to operate a food service business.
• Strategic Fit: The location must align with our company's strategic development plan and franchise territory policies.
• Location Type: We prioritize high-traffic locations. Ideal sites are situated in busy commercial districts, dense residential communities, or near major hubs such as hospitals, schools, transit stops, and public markets.

Technical & Utility Specifications

The following minimum hardware standards must be met:

• Area: A minimum usable area of 16 m² (approx. 175 sq. ft.) for standard rectangular layouts, or 18 m² (approx. 195 sq. ft.) for irregular layouts.
• Entrance: A clear entrance width of at least 2.5 m (approx. 8.2 ft.).
• Ceiling Height: A minimum interior ceiling height of 2.5 m (approx. 8.2 ft.).
• Interior Depth: A minimum depth of 3.5 m (approx. 11.5 ft.) from the entrance.
• Signage Space: A dedicated, unobstructed space for exterior signage is required, with a minimum width of 2.5 m (8.2 ft.) and height of 1.0 m (3.3 ft.). The bottom of the sign must be at least 2.4 m (7.9 ft.) above the ground.
• Utilities:The site must have adequate access to water and electrical utilities.Sufficient plumbing for both water supply and drainage is mandatory.A minimum electrical service of 15 kW for locations with natural gas access, or 35 kW for all-electric locations.
• Environment: The premises and its immediate surroundings must be clean, safe, and well-maintained.
